1. Online Store Terms

3. Payment
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Venmo. All transactions are processed securely. Orders will not be fulfilled until full payment is received and verified.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the continental United States via FedEx. Perishable items are packed with care and shipped based on your selected delivery schedule. Please verify your shipping address carefully—we are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
Some items may require overnight or express shipping to maintain freshness.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
6. Bulk & Corporate Orders
Custom quotes and terms apply to large, bulk, or corporate orders. Volume pricing, shipping arrangements, and delivery timelines will be confirmed in writing. Once confirmed, these orders are non-cancellable.
7. Promotions, Discounts & Raffles
From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts, coupon codes, or product raffles. These offers are valid only during the stated time and cannot be applied retroactively. Raffle winners will be contacted using the email or phone provided during entry.
8. User Accounts
To place an order, you may create an account or checkout as a guest. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts suspected of misuse or fraud.
